Refund Policy
Order Processing & Cancellations
Order processing refers to the period between placing an order and when it is prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary, especially for pre-orders, made-to-order products, product launches, restocks, holidays, and promotional periods.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please email orders@BimmerTrend.com as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
Orders cancelled after processing has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
If an order has already shipped or entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you must wait for delivery and submit a return request (if eligible).
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
To request a return or exchange, please contact orders@BimmerTrend.com. Return requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Returned items must:

Be unused

Be uninstalled

Be returned in original packaging, including all accessories and hardware
Items that show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing components are not eligible for a refund.
Orders shipped outside of North America are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the nature of automotive performance, electrical, safety, and made-to-order components, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Merchandise

Tunes / software / digital products

Clearance or final sale items

Custom or made-to-order products

Wheels

Wheel spacers

Tires

Headlights

Taillights

Suspension components

Any installed, used, or damaged items
Compatibility, fitment, and vehicle configuration are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend confirming compatibility prior to ordering.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking fees do not apply if:

You received an incorrect item due to our error

The item is verified to have a manufacturing defect
All other return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Approval & Timeline
All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, return instructions will be provided via email.
Once approved, returned items must be postmarked within 14 days. Returns not shipped within this timeframe will be voided and no refund will be issued.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, in some cases, as store credit.
Warranty
Not all products carry a warranty. Warranty information, when applicable, is listed on the product page.
Most warrantied products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
BimmerTrend-branded products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Warranty coverage:

Does not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear

Requires proof of professional installation (invoice or work order)
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Only one warranty claim per product per year is permitted.
BimmerTrend is not responsible for vehicle damage, labor costs, or installation errors.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs or duty fees are not eligible for refunds.
All international and non-North American orders are final sale.
Backordered Products
If an item becomes backordered, you will be notified. Cancellation requests for backordered items must be submitted via orders@BimmerTrend.com and are subject to review.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
BimmerTrend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. While we may assist with documentation when possible, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
