Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment Overview

BimmerTrend operates using a combination of in-stock inventory and direct fulfillment from trusted suppliers. By placing an order with BimmerTrend, you acknowledge that shipping timelines vary depending on product type, availability, and vendor fulfillment status.

Order shipment is dependent on product availability at the time of purchase.


Processing Times

In-Stock Items

In-stock products are fulfilled from our in-house facility in Renton, Washington.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.


Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Certain products are custom made to order to ensure quality and proper fitment.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Carbon fiber components

  • Steering wheels

  • Exhaust tips

  • Hood and trunk replacements

  • Grilles

  • Diffusers

  • Front lips

  • Side skirts

  • Select spoilers

  • Mirror caps

  • Processing time: 7–15 business days

  • Shipping time: 5–7 business days after completion

Processing times for custom items begin after payment is confirmed.


Backordered Items

If an item becomes temporarily out of stock or backordered, processing times may extend to 2–4 weeks.

Customers will be notified if an item is backordered. Cancellation requests for backordered items must be submitted via orders@BimmerTrend.com and are subject to review.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • High-volume order periods

  • Supplier delays

BimmerTrend is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and carrier rates.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs or duty fees are not eligible for refunds.

International and non-North American orders are final sale.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive:

  1. Order confirmation email

  2. Shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order ships

If you do not receive confirmation emails, please check your spam folder or contact us.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. BimmerTrend is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

BimmerTrend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. While we may assist with documentation, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
