Spec Stage 3 Clutch - E36 M50

Spec stage 3 clutch kits feature a carbon semi-metallic 6 puck sprung hub disc that has been the leading puck clutch in drivability, life, and torque capacity. This kit is specifically designed for street and race cars that require an aggressive but streetable engagement and high torque capacity. Anyone that has ever operated a clutch with a "puck" style pressure plate is familiar with the increased pedal effort and abrupt engagement. Spec has worked in this area to offer all of the performance of a racing style clutch while keeping the experience on the street as drama-free as possible. The hub is double sprung with spring cover reliefs for additional flexibility that further help to mitigate jerkiness between shifts. 

To finish everything off, all of the components are heat-treated, adding a final layer of high-performance durability to the kit. What this means is that when the pressure is on and the temps climb, you can be sure that this kit is built for the task and very much in its comfort zone.
